Elizabeth Hurley opened up about meeting boyfriend Billy Ray Cyrus’ daughter Miley Cyrus

“She’s adorable,” Hurley said.

The actress and musician hard-launched their relationship in April 2025 after meeting in 2022 on the set of the movie Christmas in Paradise.

The Austin Powers star opened up about what it was like integrating her and Billy Ray’s life while on SiriusXM’s Radio Andy between family and shared hobbies.

Of course, host Andy Cohen asked the million-dollar question about whether she had met Miley yet. “I have. I have met Miley. She’s adorable,” she gushed about the Grammy winner. When asked if she had met Miley before meeting her as her beau’s daughter, Hurley said she hadn’t, but was a fan from afar for a while.

“I’d never met her, but my son used to love Hannah Montana, so he loved Father Montana and you know, he loved Miley too, so I always knew who she was and when he was a young teen, he used to love all her music,” she said.

“I used to have to watch her music videos like ‘Wrecking Ball’ a zillion times with him, so we were very familiar with who she was, and I knew I was going to like her and I do like her,” added Hurley.

Hurley and the “Achy Breaky Heart” crooner met in 2022 while filming the movie Christmas in Paradise, which was shot on the Caribbean island of Nevis. They made their relationship Instagram official in April 2025.

“We did very few scenes together but the couple times we were in the same scene, there was a chemistry,” Cyrus said on Apple Music Country’s The Ty Bentli Show days after hard-launching their romance of their first meeting. “We just laughed and it was at a time I wasn’t laughing a lot, and I found it the oddest thing.”

Billy Ray and Hurley made their CMA Awards debut as a couple in November. “Our first date in Nashville. Actually in the US! So grateful for tonight. ❤️,” Billy Ray wrote on Instagram at the time, celebrating their night out.

Elsewhere in the interview, Hurley explained how she and the musician are “remarkably similar in strangely different ways,” saying that they had “different upbringings” but had similar “life experiences.”

She continued, “We’ve both been in showbiz our whole lives. We’ve both lived out of suitcases our entire lives, so that’s very normal for us and as you know, it’s very difficult, I think, for people not in show business to ever get that you always have your passport in your purse, and if someone offers you a good job, you’ll fly off and do it at any given moment.”

She added that they’ve been together for almost a year and a half and spend most of their time together in the countryside in Tennessee or across the pond in England. “Even though we’ve always both worked in the cities, we’re both country mice at heart,” Hurley quipped.

“We like doing the same things, which some people would think is a little odd. We like bird watching. We’ve got binoculars. We’ve got long lenses and we watch Birds of Prey a lot. I do the gardening. He sits under a tree and plays his guitar and we couldn’t be happier,” she shared.

“May sound odd to some people, but for me, it’s bliss,” concluded theBedazzledstar.
