An innocent questionnaire took a NSFW turn during Halle Berry's visit to *Today With* *Jenna & Sheinelle* on Thursday.

Things began innocently enough when the Oscar winner joined Jenna Bush Hager and Sheinelle Jones on the show for a game of "Pink Chair Questionnaire," in which the hosts asked the actress questions about her secret nickname, her TV guilty pleasure, and more.

Then Hager posed her final question of the segment, asking Berry to share her "biggest ick," meaning something that really disgusts her.

Berry was immediately shocked, covering her mouth as she burst into laughter and confusing both Hager and Jones. As Berry continued to laugh, Jones quickly caught on, exclaiming, "Oh, Halle!" and swatting the giggling star with her cue cards.

By this point, Hager had also caught on and was gaping at the audience as Berry attempted to explain — in a daytime TV–appropriate way — that she thought Hager had asked what her "biggest dick" was.

"I was like, 'What?' It sounded like that, didn't it?" Berry asked, to which Jones replied, "No! You are naughty!"

Despite the clarification, Berry jokingly answered what she'd thought the question was by naming her fiancé, Van Hunt.

Hager tried to come to Berry's defense, pointing out, "It's like the word 'biggest' with the word 'ick.' She's right."

She added, "We should have a five-second delay between the *Heated Rivalry* and biggest ick."

Hager's enunciation of "biggest ick" then sent Berry into pearls of laughter as she once again heard "biggest dick." This time, even Jones had to concede that she'd heard the explicit phrase, to Hager's vehement denials.

In addition to having her NSFW on-air moment, Berry told Hager and Jones about founding her company Respin in 2020 after her experiences with menopause.

"I'm all about women's health and female empowerment right now, and aging gracefully — not turning ourselves into a monster, but staying who we are and knowing it's a privilege to age," she said. "How can we do that gracefully with strength and keep our integrity intact, as to who we are? And realizing that we're more than this shell … the real good is what's come from our life experience."

"I thought, 'I'm just like every woman — no different,'" Berry said, reflecting on her changed perspective on sexual health and menopause. "So if that's what I was feeling, I knew that every other woman was feeling the same thing. They just were afraid to say it out loud."

She continued, "We've been afraid to say to our male partners, 'That wasn't so fun for me. It was great for you, but I had to get through it because our path to orgasm is a lot different.' And if our partner doesn't know that and understand that and take the time that we need, it just won't get there. We're biologically different, but we were afraid to say that. So, the best relationships are relationships where people talk about it."
