Kelly Ripa revealed on Live with Kelly and Mark that she once gave husband Mark Consuelos a risqué anniversary card

The card featured an image of two T-rexes in a sexual position with text referencing their short arms in a comedic way

"You have to be 21 and older to see it," Ripa joked

Kelly Ripa and Mark Consuelos are keeping things spicy.

Just a few weeks after the couple, both 55, celebrated their 30th wedding anniversary, Ripa opened up on Live with Kelly and Mark on Wednesday, May 27, about the time she gave Consuelos a risqué anniversary card.

While the pair were discussing dinosaurs, Ripa joked that she resembles a Tyrannosaurus rex because she has "short arms for [her] body size." She then explained that the prehistoric creatures "didn't need their little arms" because they "attack with their heads," sharing, "They approached everything head first, and that’s how they made contact with their prey. That was the easiest way to bring them down." Consuelos teased, "It’s exactly what you did with me."

The lighthearted banter reminded Ripa of a hilarious anniversary card featuring two T-rexes in a sexual position that she once gave her husband. She bought the card from a store in Palm Springs, California.

Ripa initially questioned whether or not she should share details about the card "on the air," but ultimately decided to do so “in a way that is appropriate for television.”

“For our anniversary, I found an anniversary card where two T-rexes are engaged in loving one another very much,” she said. “And the female T-rex says, ‘Pull my hair.’ And the male T-rex says, ‘I’m trying.’ Best card.”

The implication was that the male T-rex's arms were too short to reach the female T-rex.
