Khloé Kardashian and Kris Jenner are making sure Tristan Thompson’s younger brother Amari feels loved on his 20th birthday.

Before Amari turned 18 in 2024, Thompson, 35, was granted legal guardianship over his brother after their mother Andrea’s 2023 death.

Even though Thompson and Kardashian, 42, are no longer dating, she shared in a July 2025 episode of her podcast,Khloé in Wonder Land, that she is Amari’s primary caregiver amid Thompson’s busy NBA schedule.

Amari, who Thompson filed for a limited conservatorship over in April, lives with a severe form of epilepsy called Lennox-Gastaut syndrome (LGS), uses a wheelchair and requires around-the-clock support.

Kardashian spoke about her relationship with Amari in a sweet Instagram tribute for his birthday filled with pictures of them together.

“Some people change the world with their words. You change it simply by being you. Your heart, your spirit, and your light say everything that words never could,” Kardashian wrote.

She described the 20-year-old as “one of God’s gentlest reminders of what truly matters.”

“Everyone who knows you is better because of you,” Kardashian continued. “Thank you for reminding us every single day how we should be so completely grateful for the smallest of things and what unconditional love, joy, grace, resilience, and gratitude truly look like.”

“We love you more than you’ll ever know. Happy 20th Birthday, our sweet angel ✨,” she added.

Jenner, 70, also showered Amari with love on his special day through Instagram.
