Kid Rock took to social media to share a video, where he can be seen clapping and saluting as he is paid a visit by Apache helicopters near his Nashville home. A spokesperson for the 101st Airborne Division revealed that the US Army is aware of the video and is actively investigating to examine the circumstances around this activity. This video comes in light of the ongoing No Kings protest against Donald Trump happening across US cities, drawing massive crowds.

Army investigates Kid Rock’s Nashville home

Kid Rock shared a video on Instagram where he appears to be standing near his pool at his Nashville home, with an Apache helicopter hovering around. He seems to be showcasing his pride for the army with clapping and saluting gestures.

His caption reads, “This is a level of respect that shit-for-brains Governor of California will never know. God Bless America and all those who have made the ultimate sacrifice to defend her.”

An Army spokesperson, Maj. Montrell Russell, stated that the army is aware of Kid Rock’s video that showcases AH-64 Apache helicopters around a private residence. Assuring that the investigation is ongoing, he further added in the statement, “Army aviators must adhere to strict safety standards, professionalism, and established flight regulations. An administrative review is underway to assess the mission and verify compliance with regulations and airspace requirements. Appropriate action will be taken if any violations are found.”

Kid Rock’s latest post’s caption was also a subtle dig at Gavin Newsom, with whom he had often engaged in social media fights. Earlier this year, Newsom took to X (formerly Twitter) to write jokingly that he’s “banning” Kid Rock from California, following his shirtless video.

“NOT WHAT YOU WANT AROUND OUR CHILDREN! ALSO, SOME OF THE WEAKEST PUSHUPS EVER WITNESSED. CALIFORNIA ONLY ALLOWS WINNERS! I AM ALSO BANNING WORKING OUT IN JEANS, VERY STRANGE! THANK YOU FOR YOUR ATTENTION TO THIS MATTER!” he wrote.

Kid Rock has been an active supporter of President Trump and has once also described him as one of his besties.
