Allie Hayes (Mika Abdalla) and Dean Di Laurentis (Stephen Thomas Kalyn) in 'Off Campus' Season 1 - Liane Hentscher / Prime
Ever since Off Campus arrived in May 2026, we’ve been clamoring to get our hands on Season 2. Luckily, the updates have been rolling out steadily since Season 1 premiered, revealing new cast members and more. In November, Prime Video finally shared the release date of Allie (Mika Abdalla) and Dean’s (Stephen Kalyn) romance — and it’s sooner than you think!
Prime Video was so confident in the show, which is based on Elle Kennedy’s bestselling hockey romance series of the same name, that it greenlit Season 2 months before Season 1, which adapted Kennedy’s The Deal, dropped. After charting the love story between music major Hannah (Ella Bright) and superstar hockey player Garrett (Belmont Cameli) at Briar University, the show will pivot focus to their friends’ romances in following seasons.
So, when will Off Campus Season 2 come out? What can we expect of the plot? Which cast members are returning? Swooon has all the latest updates below.
What is Off Campus Season 2’s release date?
Mark April 28 on your calendar! The release date was announced after filming took place from June to September in 2026.
When the renewal announcement arrived on February 12, Prime Video uploaded a video of Off Campus creator Louisa Levy sharing the news with the cast. After the Season 1 press tour, Levy told the cast that she was “gonna put [them] right back on a plane and send [them] back to set” for Season 2.
Who will return for Off Campus Season 2?
Prime Video’s renewal statement confirmed that Bright, Cameli, Abdalla, Kalyn, Antonio Cipriano (Logan), and Jalen Thomas Brooks (Tucker) are series regulars.
After the premiere, showrunner Louisa Levy revealed that Josh Heuston will not return for Season 2, but he could in the future. When asked about Justin Kohl’s fate, Levy told TV Guide, “Not next season, but I love Josh, and I would not write him off if I can find a way to bring Justin back at some point. We never got a chance to meet Stella, who is the person he ends up with in the book. So maybe we’ll find a way to fold him into a future season. We don’t have him [available] next season, but never say never.”
On April 30, Prime revealed that Logan’s love interest, Grace Ivers, will be played by India Fowler (Fear Street: Prom Queen, The Agency). Deadline teased, “She is a sociology major freshman trying to fit in at Briar University.” She’s also a series regular.
She is joined by Phillipa Soo (Hamilton), who will recur as Scarlett, “a theatre artist who is guest directing an original play at the college’s drama department.” We’d guess her path will cross with aspiring actress Allie!

Further, we know that Charlie Evans, aka Hunter Davenport, will be back in action in Season 2 as a guest star. Summer Di Laurentis, Dean’s little sister, will be brought to life in Season 2 by Shay Rudolph, who will guest star.
Which couple will Off Campus Season 2 be about?
Season 1 pointed toward Dean and Allie taking the helm in Season 2 by moving up the events of The Score. (It falls third in Kennedy’s series.) Plus, there was that whole Hunter twist during the final episode, setting up more drama for Dean and Allie. On May 28, Prime Video confirmed our suspicions that Dean, Allie, and The Score will indeed be the focus of Season 2.

The show is switching up the order of Kennedy’s books. Logan’s The Mistake follows The Deal. After Logan has a one-night stand with freshman Grace and grows close to her, Logan pushes her away, thinking he has feelings for Hannah. They’ll likely be the secondary couple of Season 2, like Dean and Allie are in Season 1.
Season 2 will pick up exactly where we left off, in the middle of that chaotic fight between Dean and Hunter. If you want to go ahead and spoil Dean and Allie’s book for yourself, Swooon has a full plot breakdown.
