From Broadway to the ballroom! Dancing with the Stars is rolling out the red carpet for a magical Disney Night.
Season 35 of the hit ABC competition series is giving its annual Disney Night a Broadway makeover on Nov. 2, complete with showstopping performances, a special guest judge and the return of team dances. The special episode will air on Monday instead of its usual Tuesday night slot due to Election Day.
The star-studded celebration will feature Tony Award winner Heather Headley, actress and comedian Sherri Shepherd and a lineup of performers from Disney’s beloved Broadway musicals.
And the star power doesn’t stop there. Wicked star Cynthia Erivo will take a seat at the judges’ table alongside Carrie Ann Inaba, Derek Hough and Bruno Tonioli as the eight remaining couples bring Disney magic to life through routines inspired by iconic films and their stage adaptations.
Adding to the excitement, Disney Night will bring back the team dances, with the remaining couples joining forces for two group performances. Team Slaytopia, led by host Alfonso Ribeiro, will get wild with “Zoo” from Zootopia 2. Joining Ribeiro is Tatyana Ali, Jan Ravnik, Maura Higgins, Mark Ballas, Amber Glenn, Pasha Pashkov, Julia Stiles and Ezra Sosa.
Meanwhile, Team Wildcats is getting its head in the game with “We’re All in This Together” from High School Musical. Led by host Julianne Hough, the team includes Harry Shum Jr., Jenna Johnson, Ezra Frech, Daniella Karagach, Jenna Dewan, Val Chmerkovskiy, Connor Wood and Rylee Arnold.
Here’s everything to know about Dancing with the Stars’ Disney Night, including the songs and dances that the celebrity contestants are performing.
